No visit to Washington Street Pub would be complete without sampling the dessert offerings. The Carrot Cake and Bonheur Apple Pie have been praised for their perfect balance of sweetness and texture, while the Root Beer Float and Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie revisit childhood favorites with a refined finish. While some guests have noted the bread pudding could use a bit more moisture and flair, the overall dessert selection delivers satisfying, sweet endings to your meal.
The drink selection enhances the experience with a robust array of beer taps, notably featuring great IPAs and a smooth Yuengling, making it easy to find the perfect pour to accompany your meal or unwind with friends. The staff consistently receives accolades for being attentive and welcoming—Faith, in particular, has been celebrated for her fantastic service, creating a warm, personalized dining experience.
Reviewers have remarked on the recent renovation that transformed the space, bringing a refreshed yet familiar charm that invites both longtime patrons and newcomers alike. Although some dishes have experienced occasional inconsistency, many diners continue to return drawn by the passion behind the food, the welcoming vibe, and the genuine connection to Easton’s community spirit. Trivia nights, Pint Nights, and other events further reinforce the pub as a beloved local gathering spot, rich with history and memories.
Whether you’re craving a plate of expertly seasoned crab dip, a hearty sandwich, or simply a cold beer in an inviting setting, Washington Street Pub stands out as a memorable destination that captures the essence of Maryland’s Eastern Shore comfort cuisine with a personable touch. This was a nice experience. Our server was great but the food wasn't the best. The salmon was grilled dry in some spots and raw others. I ordered bread pudding for dessert...it looked and tasted like a small portion of monkey bread with no rum sauce to pour over it just dry. Don't waste your time ordering bread pudding. The Sunday Feast was delicious with a hefty price.. should have known as there was no price on the menu. We didn't even get any spirits.
Space looks good after renovation, the food is great, one of my favorite crab dips on the eastern shore
Great service! I loved my dish, I had the Scottish Salmon. The apple pie was great! My daughter had the half fried chicken with mac & cheese. It was good but the fry grease needed to be change. The cream of crab soup was delicious too. I definitely will be back to try the fish & chips and carrot cake.
Amazing service (Faith is FANTASTIC ), food was delicious & was to the table very fast, there was plenty & the prices were great! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The minute I walked in, it was as if I’d stepped back in time. The Old Pub can still be seen and felt with a much better appearance! And in case you were wondering, the Pub Chips are still the BEST!! And check out the merch! (Loved the hoodies and Glass). The Raw Bar also looked amazing, kinda sad that we got there before it opened but we’ll be back as promised. Vlad & Peyton were also super friendly. All around a great experience and I’m excited to have them back in town.
Let me start by saying I had been coming to the original Washington Street Pub location since I was a kid, well over 10+ years. I even had my 21st birthday here, my first legal beverage, so I am very familiar with the way it was. The food was never great, but it was consistent, affordable, and great service and cold beers, along with Pint Night and Trivia, it was a local hangout, and I was heartbroken to see it go. The Blue Point rendition of the Pub is very good. Prices are higher, but it’s 2025. Service was excellent and the menu is solid for a pub. Wings were tasty, juicy and crispy. Service was also great. Many of the negative reviews are simply mad it is not exactly like the old Pub compounded with the fact they dislike Blue Point for whatever reason. This is an undeniably good place to eat. Will it ever be a local hangout/watering hole like the old Pub? I’m not sure. But it brings a much needed casual vibe to Downtown Easton that only Docs was offering since the pub closed, and for that I am thankful.
